This "historical milestone" was made possible in November, 2015 through an 'affiliation" for India between Phonics eStore. Mumbai, India and CPD College, Ireland, UK.
This was the 1st such affiliation in India - and hence is called a milestone.
Activation was done for the latest participant in India April 2016 at a special India price of Rs 3500 instead of Rs 9000.
